Drag and drop browser programming with thousands of nodes available to use (and growing). No licenses or software required.

Touchscreen Display

Features a fully customisable touch screen display for graphics and user interaction. Create the user experience with drag and drop interactive dashboards or completely custom graphics. The choice is yours.

Inbuilt Trending & Analytics

Trending is available directly on the controller with massive storage space available. Drag and drop dashboard data visualisation is available via a browser. CSV exporting, analytics tool and alerts are also inbuilt. No licensing or software required.

Battery Support

An integrated 5400 mAh battery provides up to 5 hours controller runtime in the event of power failure. This allows for SMS or email alerts to be sent, sensors to continue monitoring and the ethernet network to remain active.

Remote Access & Virtual LAN

Activate the included VPN/VLAN software in minutes to allow remote access to all features of the controller including programming, configuration, graphics, trends etc. Create a virtual LAN network with other KS32 controllers and other systems anywhere in the world. Fully secure 256 bit encrypted peer-to-peer or many-to-many networks via NAT traversal.

Wired Networking

Dual ethernet ports that can be utilised as independent networks or bridged for daisy chaining ethernet, supported by the battery backup. Dual RS485 ports for Modbus RTU slave devices. The KS32 can act as a router/gateway between wired and wireless protocols.

Inbuilt Firewall

A fully configurable firewall via the management interface is included providing inbound and outbound protection on all interfaces and ports. This feature combined with the fully secure VPN/VLAN software and private IP afforded by the consumer SIM makes the KS32 an excellent choice for security sensitive applications.

Inbuilt 4G

4G is available as standard on the KS32 pro model via a normal consumer SIM. An external antenna option is available for installations that are inside metal enclosures etc. SMS alerts can be configured and sent without the need for a third party SMS server/provider along with emails and social media posting.

Flexible IO

The 16 universal inputs allow for connection/integration of almost all sensors and devices available on the market. Likewise, the 16 universal outputs allows connection to almost all end devices available. All IO is software configurable and no resistors or jumper configuration is required. The IO design has also been optimised with retrofit applications in mind, allowing easier installation of the product reducing labour costs. See datasheet for more details

Access the information remotely, on the controller and on a tablet inside the vehicle.

Data Logging/Tracking

Track and monitor data over time. Energy consumption, Air Quality, Temperatures and anything else connected to the controller. Data is stored directly on the controller without the need for any additional software. Data can be accessed locally, remotely and can be pushed to the cloud via MQTT/Sparkplug and many other methods.

Chemical Dosing/Treatment

Perfect for companies providing commercial chemical dosing and treatment. Allows for remote access data trending and automation. Can be used to perform data driven maintenance.

Why We Created the KS32

Over the last 10 years there has been an increasing shift in requirements for automation controllers. Driven by new communication technologies, increasing focus on energy reduction and the transition of traditional BMS/Automation systems to more of an IT focused solution. IOT/Edge, IT and BMS systems have until now largely remained separated.

We created the KS32 to bridge the gap between traditional and emerging technologies along with providing solutions to industries that have previously been overlooked and can greatly benefit from automation solutions.

We understand the gaps between customer/consumer expectations and available automation products.

Our controllers have been developed to bridge those gaps.

Design and development of our controllers is in-house and we have full control over the roadmap of our products. KOTE’s technology is not based on legacy products and is therefore very adaptable to future requirements.
